What do Mantra and Kirtan mean?
Kirtanis the communal, musical singing of spiritual songs and mantras.
Mantras are sound syllables of divine energy, or also prayers, praise and positive affirmations.
The repetitive chanting of a mantra spreads relaxation, deep inner peace, and harmony throughout the body. It can also lead to ecstatic states of being.
