Mantra chanting opens the heart and raises consciousness.
Kirtan means traditional mantra singing, i.e. in repetitive, unison singing.
Mantras are names of divine energy, or prayers and positive affirmations.
With the repetitive singing of mantras, deep inner peace and harmony spread throughout the body.
It can also lead to ecstatic states of being.

Summerbreak until August 17th 2025!!! We restart regular singing sessions from 21th of August 2025.

Drop in is 35 CHF (Students 25.–). Registration is not needed. Just come!
You can sing along at any time.
